TERMS OF SERVICE Effective August 14, 2026 WHO WE ARE. The Realty Hive is pre-release software operated by Hive Bastion LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("Hive Bastion," "we," "us"). The platform is under active development, features roll out gradually with in-app announcements, and it is licensed to you for evaluation. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms. MEMBERSHIP AND PRICING. Your subscription is billed monthly at the current monthly rate for the tier you chose — the rate shown to you at checkout and on your Membership page — with a 12-month initial commitment and nothing due up front. If you would rather pay the year in a single payment, the discounted annual amount is shown to you at checkout. Each subscription covers one licensed real estate agent. Client portals are free: your clients never need a seat. Additional agents, teams of ten or more, and brokerage rollouts are quoted with our sales team (pricing upon request — sales@hivebastion.com); there are no self-serve seat purchases inside the platform. Your rate is locked for your initial 12-month term and remains at your subscribed rate for as long as your subscription stays continuously active. List prices for new subscriptions may change at any time; a change never alters the rate you are already paying during your term. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, rejoining is at the then-current rate, which may be higher as pre-release pricing closes. Some teams are on separately agreed rates; the same continuous-subscription rate hold applies to them. Your subscription is a software subscription only: it conveys no equity, ownership, partnership, or governance interest in Hive Bastion LLC of any kind. WHAT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION INCLUDES. This is a pre-release evaluation, and early subscribers shape the product. Your subscription includes: - Everything in the tier you chose, as described at checkout and on your Membership page, plus every capability that ships to that tier during your term at no extra charge. Tiers differ in scope: the lower tiers carry the market-intelligence agent, tour planning and the listing price tools, and the Tailored tier additionally carries the full operations platform, built to your brand and to the compliance requirements you answer to. - The right to request new features. Subscriber requests drive our build priorities. - Future training as the platform grows. - The option to request a paid pain-points discovery session at your Realtor marketplace. Marketplace training rates are discussed separately and covered by separate agreements — they are not part of this subscription. CANCELLATION. Your subscription carries a 12-month initial term, billed monthly. You may cancel at the end of your initial term or any time after it with 30 days' written notice (email is fine); cancellation takes effect no earlier than the end of your 12th month. Cancelling ends your pre-release rate hold; if you return later, you rejoin at then-current pricing. If your circumstances change mid-term, contact us at support@hivebastion.com — we will talk it through with you personally. We may suspend or terminate an account for abuse of the platform or for non-payment; if we terminate your account for any reason, you will have 30 days to request an export of your team's data. ACCOUNTS. Accounts are personal. Each team member signs in with their own account; account sharing is not permitted. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS. Your team's workspace data belongs to your team. We do not sell user data — ever. Every team's data is isolated from every other team's at the database level, and irreversible or client-facing actions always require explicit human approval from your team before anything is sent or committed. Our Privacy Policy (at /privacy) describes what we hold and how to request export or deletion. DATA PROTECTION. The platform's AI features are provided through Anthropic. The Anthropic Data Processing Addendum and the commercial agreements required to operate the platform are incorporated into these Terms by reference: our AI vendor is contractually bound in how it may handle your data, and those obligations flow into the terms you accept here. YOUR CLIENTS' DATA IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. You control the client and contact information you put into the platform. You confirm that you have the right to store that information and, where you record consent for communications, that the consent is genuine. The platform gives you compliance guardrails — consent tracking, do-not-contact enforcement, quiet hours, Fair Housing screening, and mandatory human approval on client-facing actions — but you remain responsible for your own conduct and compliance as a real estate professional, including under TCPA, Fair Housing, and your state's real estate regulations. PRE-RELEASE SOFTWARE — PROVIDED AS-IS. The platform is pre-release software provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free operation. The platform is an operations tool: it does not provide legal, brokerage, or financial advice, and you are responsible for reviewing anything before you approve or send it. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hive Bastion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost deals, or lost commissions — arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is capped at the total fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. DISPUTES. If something goes wrong, contact us first at support@hivebastion.com — we will make a genuine, good-faith effort to resolve it directly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and brought in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS. When we change these Terms we will post the updated version at /terms with a new version date, and subscribers will be asked to review and accept the updated Pre-Release Evaluation Agreement in-app before continuing.
