PRIVACY POLICY Effective August 14, 2026 Hive Bastion LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company, operates The Realty Hive. These are the commitments the platform is built around. WE DO NOT SELL USER DATA. Ever. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. WE HOLD MINIMAL DATA. We keep only the data required to operate the platform and improve our services for realtors: your account identity (name, email), your team's workspace data (the deals, contacts, and schedules you put in), and operational records (approvals, audit history, billing status). We do not collect or store your Google password or Google account tokens — sign-in is handled by Google. When you use the route planner's "push to Google Calendar" feature, the platform asks Google for permission to add the events you chose, in the moment, and never stores that permission; map and calendar exports are otherwise generated as links and files you control. We do not store payment card numbers; payments are processed by Stripe. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS. Your workspace data belongs to your team. Every team's data is isolated from every other team's at the database level (row-level security), and irreversible or client-facing actions always require a human approval from your team. HOW AI IS USED, AND WHERE IT IS NOT. Most of what the platform does overnight runs on deterministic rules, not on an AI model — we label that work "automatic" rather than "AI" on purpose. Where a feature genuinely uses an AI model, it is labelled "AI" in the product, and the workspace data that feature needs is processed by Anthropic as our AI provider under the Anthropic Data Processing Addendum, which contractually binds how that data may be handled. We do not use your workspace data to train AI models. AI never contacts your clients: anything client-facing stops for a human on your team to approve, and their name is recorded on the approval. SERVICE PROVIDERS. We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run the platform, and your data is shared with them only to the extent required to operate it: Supabase (database and sign-in), Google Cloud (hosting), Anthropic (the AI features described above), Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (transactional email such as sign-in and account notices). We do not share your data with anyone else except where the law requires it. DATA REQUESTS. Your team's owner can request an export of your workspace data, or deletion of personal data we hold, by emailing support@hivebastion.com; we fulfill these requests within 30 days. Some records are retained where the law requires it (for example, billing and tax records) — we keep those to the legal minimum. RETENTION. Intake records we no longer need are purged on a schedule (for example, declined access requests are removed after 90 days). Audit history is retained because it is the record of what the platform did on your behalf. CHANGES. When this policy changes we will post the updated version at /privacy with a new version date.
